Paranoid Android: version AOSPA4 + Beta2 (Android 4.4 KitKat) available

Currently available for download, however it seems that the latest version of Paranoid Android AOSP4 + Beta 2, based on Android 4.4 KitKat, is not yet quite ready for the overhaul of the Halo interface.

Anyway, this new version called “AOSPA4 + Beta” is accompanied by some new and notable bug fixes, including the implementation of new tiles in the status bar, the ability to blur the background screen which is displayed under the lock screen or take advantage of new ringtones, plus enjoy other options for improving the management of the volume, the advanced Power button, improving the security of Google applications and Quick settings advanced (also called ‘QuickSettings 2.0’ in the status bar).

Here are the novelties of the AOSPA 4.0 Beta 2 (from 01/13/2014)

Update permissions management application SuperSU

increasing volume for ringtones in ROM

Additional tiles in the second part of the status bar

Pull the status bar on the right now opens the quick adjustments directly

See through the locked screen with a new blur effect

Fixed a problem with Sprint Hidden Menu

Fixed a problem on the blur that was not working in rotation on shelves

Fixed an issue editing transparent icons on the Quick Settings

Fixed possible strength-close who was speaking to the activation of ‘see through the locked screen’

Standardization of the size of the applications icon for LED notifications

Beta2 is available on the Google Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 (2012/2013) and Nexus 10.
